In 1991, Debra began implementing conflict resolution programs for students in Leon County Florida. This concept was developed as part of her graduate school studies and then was successfully implemented as a pilot program in Guilford County Schools in 1998.

By the time Win-Win Resolutions was incorporated in January of 2001, Debra and her staff had provided conflict resolution training to over 35,000 elementary through middle school age students in Guilford County.

Debra brings over twenty-five years of experience as a theater educator and program director. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theater Education from Florida State University and a Masters degree in Theater Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

C.R.E.W. Staff, includes licensed counselors and social workers, certified mediators and theatre instructors who have received diversity sensitivity and conflict resolution training.  Our varied staff serves Pre-K, elementary, middle and high school age youth, parents & teachers and the corporate sector.

Bobbijean Spellman, Administrative Assistant, manages the daily operations of the office, assists the Executive Director, provides support for the program functions, and serves as the Volunteer coordinator. Bobbijean is also one of Win-Wins theatre instructors on the C.R.E.W Staff
