Our
Vision
To create a world where
people live, learn and work in inclusive, harmonious communities
Our Objectives
Provide conflict resolution training through theater
arts education for PreK-12
Provide Middle/High school based peer mediation program
Provide Parent/Teacher and Corporate conflict resolution training classes
Win-Win serves children, young adults, teachers and parents in Guilford
and surrounding counties in North Carolina. Our broader goal
is to reach the classroom, the peer group, the family and the neighborhood.
Institutionalized and personal behaviors grounded in discrimination
and fear of differences is boldly impacted through our unique
methodology. The use of professional counselors with expertise
in the newly targeted critical youth subcultures enables us to identify
youth at greatest risk and recommend follow-up services. The
interactive nature of Win-Win's program affords participants the
opportunity to experience, create and practice positive conflict
resolution in a non-threatening manner while coming face-to-face
with deep-seated personal beliefs, which foster exclusion.
Mission
To reduce violence and prejudice in schools and communities by teaching
conflict resolution and positive social skills through interactive drama.
